Dogtail helped us take care of one of those small, but somehow insurmountable-on-your-own problems: how to link our two home computers so we could share files and print easily from anywhere in the house. Now I have a running photo slideshow on my laptop, but everything's stored on the main household pc, out of sight in the study. I had anticipated that they would be professional and knowledgeable, but I think what impressed me most was the follow-up afterward -- they called to make sure things were still running well a few days after the job was finished, and when another small thing came up a week later, they walked me through how to fix it.
